HIGH SCHOOL
• Four-year letterwinner in baseball and two-year captain at Flower Mound (Texas) High School for Coach Steve Stinson.
• Batted .390 with four home runs, 29 RBI, 22 stolen bases and 47 runs as a senior to help the Jaguars to a 29-4 record.
• Tabbed All-District 6-5A, preseason all-state and first-team all-area his senior year.
• Earned All-District 8-5A and second-team all-area honors after batting .454 with 40 runs, two home runs, 38 RBI and 24 stolen bases as a junior.
• Played third base for the Dallas Tigers in the summer of 2006 under Coach Linty Ingram.
• Led the Tigers to a 45-6 record and third-place finish at the 2006 Connie Mack World Series, hitting.424 with 19 doubles, nine home runs and 59 RBI.
