AS A SENIOR (2015)
Posted a 1.30 ERA in 34 2/3 innings on the season … 18 of his 24 appearances were scoreless … grabbed his fifth save of the season May 24 in the Big 12 title game vs. Oklahoma State when he pitched two scoreless frames to seal the tournament victory … held a 0.00 ERA in Big 12 play over 12 1/3 innings with 12 strikeouts … picked up his third win of the season against Baylor on May 16 when he threw a scoreless 1 2/3 frames of a come from behind 6-5 UT victory … allowed a leadoff double in the ninth inning of the contest at Baylor, but retired the next three batters in order, including strikeouts to the last two to seal the victory … earned save number four on the year against Oklahoma on April 11 by pitching 1 2/3 scoreless innings while allowing just one hit and striking out two … tossed 2 2/3 shutout frames against Kansas on April 17 without a hit allowed, two walks and two strikeouts … spun a career high 3 2/3 scoreless frames against Nebraska on March 28 … got his third save of the season on March 24 at Texas State by tossing 1 1/3 perfect frames with three strikeouts … earned a win and a save on the same day (March 21) in a doubleheader vs. Kansas State by tossing 3 2/3 near perfect frames (one batter reached on an error) with two strikeouts … won his first career game by pitching a perfect 10th inning with one strikeout against West Virginia on March 13 … earned his first career save March 7 against Stanford when he tossed the final two frames of a Texas 3-1 win, allowing no runs, two hits and two walks in the outing ... tossed 2 2/3 shutout innings in relief against San Diego on March 1 (game one) … spun a scoreless seventh inning of Texas’ 5-4 win over UTPA (Feb. 25) … pitched 1 2/3 scoreless innings against Minnesota on February 21 (game one), allowing one hit and striking out two ... tossed 4 1/3 innings of relief on Saturday and Sunday of the weekend series against Rice (game one Feb. 14 & 15), while only allowing one run on four hits and striking out four.
AS A JUNIOR (2013)
Made five appearances on the mound, logging 3 2/3 innings with a 4.91 ERA ... threw one no-hit inning on May 16 at TCU ... gave up an unearned run in one inning on March 26 against Texas State ... struck out three in one no-hit inning on March 22 at Minnesota ... gave up one hit with a walk and a strikeout in his season debut on March 2 at #15 Stanford ... named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the 2012 fall semester.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2012)
made six starts in seven games as a position player, batting .105 (2-for-19) with one RBI ... made five appearances as a pitcher, throwing 1 1/3 innings with a 33.75 ERA ... first collegiate RBI came on March 4 against Arkansas ... allowed two runs (both unearned) in his first appearance on the mound on Feb. 19 against Duke ... his first collegiate at-bat on Feb. 18 against Duke and also added his first collegiate hit the same day.
AS A FRESHMAN (2011)
Apeared in two games as a position player while making one start in 13 appearances on the mound in his freshman season ... went 0-1 with a 5.73 ERA as a pitcher ... in 11 innings, he allowed 14 hits and seven earned runs with nine walks and seven strikeouts while opponents hit .333 against him ... notched a scoreless inning of relief with one strikeout against Prairie View A&M on April 3 ... recorded a combined 2 2/3 innings of scoreless relief with a strikeout in back-to-back appearances against Kansas State from March 19-22 ... pitched a scoreless 3.1 innings in his first start of the season, allowing only one hit and three walks while striking out three against Texas State on March 15 ... retired both batters he faced, striking out one against UTSA on March 8.
