Men's Golf announces 2015-16 schedule

Texas opens its season at Olympia Fields on September 18.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Men's Golf has released its schedule for the 2015-16 season, the program announced on Tuesday.
The Longhorns will open their fall season at Olympia Fields Golf Course with the Olympia Fields/Fighting Illini Invitational from September 18-20.
UT will continue its fall season at the Nike Golf Collegiate Invitational in Portland Ore. from October 4-6, follow with the U.S. Collegiate in Atlanta, Ga. On October 16-18, play The Royal Oaks Intercollegiate in Dallas, Texas on October 26 and 27 and close the fall season at The Western Refining All-American on November 7 and 8.
The spring season will open in Tucson, Ariz. with the Arizona Intercollegiate on January 29 and 30, followed by the John Burns Intercollegiate from February 17-19 in Kauai, Hawaii.
The Longhorns will travel to Las Vegas for the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters from March 7-9, stay on the west coast for the Lamkin San Diego Classic on March 14 and 15 and travel to Palm City, Fla. for the Valspar Collegiate on March 21 and 22.
Texas will close its regular season at the Augusta Collegiate Invitational on April 2 and 3 and the Maxwell in Ardmore, Okla. on April 15 and 16.
Big 12 Championships will be held at Whispering Pines Golf Course in Trinity, Texas from April 29 to May 5, while NCAA Championships will take place in Eugene, Ore. from May 27 to June 1.
Texas returns all four All-Americans from the 2014-15 season, where the Longhorns won their third-straight Big 12 Championship and fell in the quarterfinals of match play at the NCAA Championship.
