• Mark Tom Herman's 46th victory as a head coach and his 24th at The University of Texas.
• Be the Longhorns' 12th win in their last 16 Big 12 games since the start of the 2018 conference slate.
• Mark Texas' fourth-straight victory over Iowa State, which would tie for the second-longest streak by either side in series history (Texas, 2011-14).
• Make Texas 8-1 in its last nine games against unranked opponents, including a 6-1 mark in 2019.
