NORTH PLAINS, Oregon – No. 10 Texas men's golf sits in eighth following a 282 score on the second day of the 2019 Nike Golf Collegiate Invite on Monday at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club. Texas is at -3 [565] for the tournament.
Oklahoma leads the field by a significant margin, sitting at -31 [537] after the second day. Wake Forest climbed to second and sits at -16.
LINEUP AT A GLANCE
-Sophomore Parker Coody had the best day of the Longhorns, shooting a three-under 68. He finished with five birdies and 11 pars, and is now at -3 [139] for the tournament and sits tied for 18th.
-Senior Spencer Soosman sits tied for 16th after shooting a minus-one 70 in the second round. He birdied four holes and is -4 [138] after two days.
-Junior Christoffer Bring started the second round strong, birdieing his first three holes. He finished +3 on the day at 74. He is +1 [143] and tied for 35th.
