Appeared in 26 games and started 15 ... batted .196 while recording 11 hits, five RBI, four runs scored, 12 walks, and a double ... at Minnesota on March 23 came into the game as a pinch hitter in the second inning and ended up going 3-for-5 on the night with three RBIs, including the go-ahead run in the 10th innning as the Horns won 5-4 ... lone double on the season came against Texas State on March 26 as he went 2-for-3 with two RBIs ... named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the 2012 fall semester.
