2010 highlights
• Logged two runs, two hits, two walks and one sacrifice bunt in the season-opener series versus New Mexico (2/19-21).
• Hit 2-for-4 with two runs in series opener versus No. 18 Stanford (2/26).
• Had one RBI, two walks, one sacrifice squeeze bunt and one run in the second game of the series against No. 18 Stanford (2/27).
• Named to the Houston College Classic All-Tournament team (3/5-7), going 3-for-8 with three runs, one home run, 3 RBI, one walk and one hit-by-pitch.
• Went 2-for-2 with his first career home run, one walk, one hit-by-pitch, three runs and three RBI against Missouri at the Houston College Classic (3/7).

2009 highlights
• Logged his first career hit as a substitute for an injured Travis Tucker at Stanford (3/6).
• Made his first collegiate start at second base against Stanford (3/7), tallying his first career run.
• Went 1-for-4 with one walk, one run and two RBI in Stanford series finale (3/8).
• Logged a pinch-hit and scored a run against Texas State (4/28).
• Played in 17 games for the Beatrice Bruins of the M.I.N.K. League over the summer, batting .269 with seven runs, three doubles and three RBI.
HIGH?SCHOOL
• A three-year varsity letterwinner and one-year captain as a shortstop and third baseman for Coach Jim Darilek at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas.
• Garnered All-District 25-5A on three separate occasions, including once as a third baseman (2006) and twice as a shortstop?(2007?& 2008).
• Hit six home runs during the season and batted .568 in the state playoffs as a senior.
• Played for Team Texas at the 32nd Annual All-Star Senior Sunbelt Baseball Series in Norman,Okla., in the summer of 2008.
• Ranked as the No. 11 recruit on the 2008 Inside Prep Baseball Texas Top 25 list.
• Batted .407 with four home runs as a junior.

• Batted .310 with three home runs and was named district newcomer of the year aas a sophomore.
