• Logged 3.1 innings of scoreless relief while giving up two hits and one walk and striking out two against Hawai[apos]i (2/26).
• Recorded his second win of the season pitching 5.0 innings only giving up two runs off of six hits and two walks while striking out five against Brown (3/12).
• Threw 7.0 innings only allowing three runs off of five hits, one walk, and six strikeouts to earn the no-decision against Kansas State (3/19).
• Saddled with the loss after throwing 6.0 innings giving up only one run off of five hits and one walk and striking out two against Oklahoma State (3/26).

• Pitched in eight Big 12 games, logging a 3-0 record with nine strikeouts and a 0.00 ERA in 12.1 innings.
2010 highlights
• In his first career start, worked 4.1 innings, allowing two runs (one earned, on six hits and two walks while striking out two vs. UT Pan American (3/2).
• Pitched 4.1 shutout innings in a start vs. Iowa (3/14), scattering four hits and three walks while striking out five.
• Allowed one walk while striking out two in 1.0 scoreless inning against Nebraska (3/20) in his first relief appearance.
• Picked up his first career win retiring the only batter he faced in an 11-inning win over Kansas (4/9).
• Struck out three of the four batters he faced in one shutout inning against UT Arlington (4/20).
• Fanned two of the three batters he faced in one scoreless inning vs. UTSA (4/27).
• Earned a victory vs. Baylor (5/1) with four perfect innings of relief including four strikeouts.
• Registered a win in the series finale vs. Kansas State (5/9), allowing just one hit in 2.1 shutout innings.
• Appeared in 14 games for the Santa Barbara Foresters of the California Collegiate League over the summer, including four starts, logging a 4-0 mark with one save, a 2.78 ERA and 40 strikeouts in 35.2 innings.
• Earned third-team All-California Collegiate League honors and was named the Top Professional Prospect at the National Baseball Congress World Series.

• A three-year varsity letterwinner and two-year captain as a pitcher and centerfielder for Coach Stephen Smith at Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Named Academic All-State by the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association (THSBCA) in 2009.
• Named co-Most Valuable Player in District 4-5A as well as Second Team Class 5A All-State as a pitcher by the THSBCA and First Team Class 5A All-State as an outfielder and Third Team as a pitcher by the Texas Sports Writers Association as a senior.
• Hit .559 with six home runs and posted a 9-2 record as a senior.
• Named to the 2008 Louisville Slugger High School All-America Second Team as selected by Collegiate Baseball and was tabbed a Class 5A All-State Honorable Mention by the Texas Sports Writers Association and the THSBCA as a junior.
• Went 6-1 with a 0.77 ERA and 97 strikeouts as a junior to earn District 4-5A Co-MVP in 2008.
• Named District 4-5A Sophomore of the Year in 2007.
• Also played one year of football as a punter and kicker at Paschal HS.
• Drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 44th round of the 2009 MLB First-Year Player Draft.

Born Hoby Trey Milner on January 13, 1991 in Dallas, Texas ... parents are Brian and Yvonne Milner ... father, Brian, played in the Toronto Blue Jays organization for five years, and played with the Major League team in 1978 ... majoring in physical culture & sports with a minor in educational psychology.
