Born Julio Cesar Vegas Romero on March 31, 1988 in Maturin, Venezuela ... son of Carlos and Maritza Vegas ... has two older brothers, Carlos and Jhonattan, and a younger brother, Billy ... brother, Jhonattan, played golf at The University of Texas from 2004-07 who was a semifinalist at the 2007 U.S. Amateur Championship and now plays on the PGA TOUR ... an education major.
