Why Texas?
“The University of Texas has always been the most obvious choice for me. Best city. Best mascot. Best academics. Best athletics. Best food. Best live music. I knew I could be challenged in the competitive Canfield Business Honors Program. I knew I would enjoy big college gamedays. I knew I would love exploring new trails, parks, music, and food in the city. Every day, I walk on campus, I am thankful for this school. Texas forever. Hook 'em.”
What led you to pursue rowing and what do you love most about it?
“I played four sports in high school – volleyball, basketball, track & field, and softball – and love working out and finding new ways to challenge myself. There's nothing like working hard on a team to build new relationships and push your physical and mental boundaries.”
