Before Texas
Coxswain for City Island Rowing in The Bronx, N.Y. … placed sixth at the 2018 Head of the Charles and 14th at the 2019 USRowing Youth Nationals.
Why Texas?
“I love Austin, and it was my dream to row for Texas Rowing.”
What led you to pursue rowing and what do you love most about it?
“My neighbor recommended the sport to me and I was hooked from my first day at practice. I love getting to be on the water every day, and there is nothing like the energy created when all four or eight girls are pushing as hard as they can, as one unit - and being able to lead them is an exhilarating feeling.”

- Started rowing at the age of 13
- Currently majoring in communication
- Enjoys doing art. "I love to draw, paint, sew or anything involving creativity. Being a student-athlete, it's very easy to become only focused on school, and sports, but doing art is a nice outlet that allows me to be in my own."
