Earned time in 16 Texas matches with four starts, playing 496 total minutes with two goals on five shots (three on frame) ... Was on the pitch for 27 minutes at No. 13 Oklahoma State (Sept. 28), 41 minutes at TCU (Sept. 30), 51 minutes at No. 16 West Virginia (Oct. 7) and 35 minutes versus Kansas State (Oct. 21) ... Played 47 minutes off the bench during the 2-1 (OT) win over Baylor (Sept. 21) ... Registered a shot on goal over 21 minutes of action in the 2-1 victory over UTRGV (Sept. 14) ... Picked up her second career match-winning goal by finishing off a Chelsea Surpris cross on a sliding chip at the back post 35:20 into the 4-0 rout of Houston Baptist (Sept. 9) ... Registered a shot over 26 minutes off the bench during the 3-0 NCAA First Round win over North Texas (Nov. 10) ... Picked up her first career Texas assist on Mikayla Flores’ 38th minute goal in the 2-1 loss at Kansas (Oct. 13) ... Was credited with one shot, in 18 minutes off the bench, during the 0-0 (2OT) tie at Oklahoma (Oct. 1) ... Caused trouble in 51 minutes off the bench by being credited with three tries, one on frame, in the 1-0 victory over Iowa State (Sept. 22) ... Fired two shots over 45 minutes of playing time during the 1-0 (OT) victory over UTRGV (Sept. 15) ... Picked up her first Texas goal and match-winner on a strong header from nine yards out at 18:22 of the 2-0 shutout of Western Kentucky (Aug. 20).
AT BOSTON COLLEGE (2015 & 2016)
Listed as a forward during her time at B.C., the San Antonio, Texas, native played in 34 matches (1,616 total minutes) over two years for the Eagles, managing 19 total shots, including five on frame, while registering her first career goal and points as a sophomore during a 5-1 victory over Pacific on Sept. 4, 2016.
INTERNATIONAL
Stearns received call-ups to the United States Under-18 National Team (2012, 2013), U.S. Under-15 National Team (2011, 2012) and U.S. Under-14 National Team Camps (2010), while also helping guide the U.S. Under-19’s to the championship at the FIFA Kuban Tournament in Russia (2013) … Stearns was a part of U.S. Soccer Training Center Camps (2010, 2011, 2012), participated in the Region 1 Olympic Development Program (ODP) and was invited to the Puma Elite Prospect Showcase for the nation’s top recruits back in 2012.

Played club soccer for head coach Clyde Watson with McLean Youth Soccer ECNL.
HIGH SCHOOL
Prior to playing collegiately, Stearns was highly-rated at both No. 18 overall and as the No. 7 forward in Top Drawer Soccer’s listing of 2015 national recruits.
PERSONAL
Born on November 7, 1996 … Parents are Chris and Laurel Stearns … Has three siblings, Morgan, Luke and John … Hails from an athletic family with University of Virginia ties as her sister Morgan played soccer at the University of Virginia (2013-16), her father Chris played football at UVA (1989-92), her grandfather Raymond played lacrosse at Virginia and her mother Laurel was a dancer at UVA … Graduated high school a semester early with Magna Cum Laude honors and a 98% cumulative average … Moved nine times during her childhood with various stops in Virginia, Kansas, Texas, Colorado and Germany.
