Played a career-high 18 minutes as a sub in the 4-0 rout of Houston Baptist (Sept. 9) ... Saw the first playing time of her Texas career with 17 minutes off the bench during the 5-0 blasting of Stephen F. Austin (Sept. 2).
FRESHMAN (2017)
Did not see playing time during the 2017 season.
CLUB
As a club soccer player with Eastside FC and head coach Tom Bialek, Weidenbach was a part of four Washington State Champions (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) as well as the 2014 US Youth Soccer National League, the 2013 US Youth Soccer National and Region IV and 2016 & 2017 US Youth Soccer Region IV titlists.
HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year letter winner on the pitch for head coach Darren Brown at Mount Si H.S., Weidenbach reaped three first team All-KingCo 4A (2015, 2016, 2017) accolades and one second team All-KingCo 3A honor while also completing her junior season as KingCo 4A’s leading scorer (2015).
PERSONAL
Born on Sept. 12, 1998 … Parents are Charles and Keely Weidenbach … Has one sister, Carly, who played softball for Midland College (2011-13) and a twin brother, Jack, who previously played football at Central Washington … Was a part of the National Honor Society’s “100-Hour Club” for her efforts in volunteering and received an AP Scholar Award (2015) … Chose to attend Texas over Pennsylvania and Washington.
