POST-ROUND COMMENTS
Texas head coach John Fields
"We got off to a poor start. I know the guys were ready to play, but it did not show. The 303 in the morning was definitely not what we had in mind. However, we came back very strong in the afternoon. Julio Vegas' second round was outstanding, as was Cody Gribble's second round. It is time for us to take this momentum, play well tomorrow and remain in the hunt for the team title."
