HUTCHINSON, Kan. -- Due to weather conditions at Prairie Dunes, Big 12 Men's Golf Championship play scheduled for Tuesday has been cancelled.
A games committee meeting has been called for later today to discuss Wednesday's schedule. Updates will be posted to the Texas Men's Golf Twitter (@UTexasGolf) account as they become available.
Yesterday's play was suspended due to darkness. Second-round action was scheduled to resume today at 11 a.m. with the third round scheduled to start at 1 p.m.
Only Texas, Oklahoma State and TCU completed both rounds and sit atop the standings.
The Longhorns posted a two-round total of 571 and are six shots clear of Oklahoma State (577).
In fourth is Baylor, followed by Kansas State in fifth and Oklahoma in sixth. Texas Tech, Kansas and Iowa State round out the standings as all six teams have holes remaining in their second round.
Texas freshman Brandon Stone sits atop the individual leaderboard after shooting a two-round total of 137 (3-under). Oklahoma State's Talor Gooch is in second, just two shots back with a 1-under-par total of 139.
