The Longhorns will play at Eugene Country Club beginning Friday, May 27.
NCAA Championship – Eugene, Ore.
Where: Eugene Country Club
Format: Finals will consist of three days of stroke play on Friday, May 27 through Sunday, May 29 (54 holes), after which the top-15 teams and nine individuals not on an advancing team will be determined. That is followed by a final day of 18 holes of stroke play (Monday, May 30) to determine the top eight teams that will advance to match play, as well as the 72-hole individual champion. The team national champion will be determined by a match play format that will consist of quarterfinals and semifinals conducted on Tuesday, May 31 followed by the finals on Wednesday, June 1.
The 2016 finals competition schedule will be as follows:
Thursday, May 26 Practice Round
Friday, May 27 First day of stroke play competition (18 holes)
Texas Tee Time: 2:20 p.m. CT off #10
Saturday, May 28 Second day of stroke play competition (18 holes)
Texas Tee Time: 9 a.m. CT off #1
Sunday, May 29 Third day of stroke play competition (18 holes to determine the top 15 teams along with the top nine individuals not an advancing team for final round of stroke play competition)
Tee Time: first tee time is at 9 a.m. CT
Monday, May 30 Final round of stroke play competition to determine the top-eight teams to participate in match play competition and 72-hole champion crowned.

-10th-straight NCAA Championship appearance and 66th total
-the Horns have won seven team tournaments this season, including the last three and seven of the last nine.
-Texas has won seven or more tournaments three times in program history. The only time it has won more was when it won eight, including the National Championship in 2012.
-The Longhorns also won the National Championship in 1972 and 1973
-All five players have finished in the top-10 at least once this season, with four finishing in the top-five at least once
-Texas returns four All-Americans from its 2014-15 squad, all four (Ghim, Scheffler, Hossler, Hall) played in the 2015 NCAA Championship
