AS A JUNIOR (2015)
Picked up his third win of the season March 21 against Kansas State (game two) by spinning 7 1/3 frames of one run ball on six hits and a walk, while striking out four … earned his second victory of the season on March 15 against West Virginia when he threw seven innings, surrendering just one run on five hits and a walk, while striking out one … won his first game of the year against Minnesota February 21 by tossing 6 1/3 scoreless frames with five strikeouts, and only allowing two hits and two walks ... started and pitched 4 2/3 innings against Rice on February 15, allowing three runs on eight hits and one walk, while striking out one.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014)
A second team All-Big 12 selection ... named second team Academic All-Big 12 ... went 4-0 with a 1.15 ERA, making 25 appearances spanning 54 2/3 innings ... allowed just 34 hits all season with opponents batting just .184 against him ... spent the regular season as a reliever before being thrust into a starting role in the postseason ... in two postseason starts, went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA, allowing just six hits in 17 1/3 innings ... threw 8 1/3 scoreless innings against UC Irvine in the CWS on June 18 with five strikeouts and only four hits allowed to earn his fourth victory of the season ... earned Co-Most Outstanding Player award in the Houston Regional ... in his first start of the season June 2 against Texas A&M, threw a complete game two-hitter with one unearned run, to help Texas claim the Houston Regional Title ... earned his second save of the season May 21 against Texas Tech when he threw 3 2/3 innings of relief and only allowed one earned run ... won his second game of the year May 3 when he pitched two scoreless innings in relief against West Virginia ... picked up his first career save on April 25 against Oklahoma State when he threw three scoreless innings, allowing only one hit and striking out three in a 3-0 win ... pitched two strong scoreless innings in relief against UTPA on Aprill 22 with two strikeouts and only one hit allowed ... earned his first win of the season against UT Arlington on April 15 when he pitched three perfect innings in relief ... threw two scoreless innings in relief against Rice on April 8 ... had his longest outing of the season against Texas Tech on March 29 when he threw 4 2/3 innings in relief, yieding only one earned run and striking out one ... threw two scoreless innings without allowing a base runner and struck out two against Texas State on March 11.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
Appeared in 17 games with five starts and accumulated a 3.72 ERA in 29 innings … compiled a 3-1 record and gave up 25 hits, 12 earned runs, 15 strikeouts, 11 walks while opponents hit .236 … as a starter, went 2-1 and logged 18 2/3 innings with a 3.92 ERA … in his first start of the season went five innings and allowed one earned run, striking out three and walking two while giving up four hits in a 2-1 victory on Feb. 19 against UT-Arlington … threw five innings of one-run baseball with six hits, one strikeout and one walk as he picked up his third win of the year on March 5 against UT-Pan American … as a reliever, had 12 appearances with 11 2/3 innings pitched with a 3.21 ERA … threw two innings at Baylor with one strikeout, and gave up one unearned run on one hit on April 26 ... named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the 2012 fall and 2013 spring semesters.

Hollingsworth played four years of baseball at Robinson High under coach Bryan Kent while also competing on the football and track teams ... earned Perfect Game Texas All-Region first team honors in his senior season ... led his team to the 2012 state semifinals ... compiled a 13-2 record as a senior with a 0.50 ERA and 139 strikeouts in 97 1/3 innings ... during the 2012 postseason, threw a no-hitter against Bullard, striking out 10 and not allowing a walk ... struck out 12 batters in five innings on Feb. 25, 2012, while allowing two hits and one walk ... named 2011 Super CenTex Player of the Year by the Waco Tribune ... named 2011 and 2012 District 19-3A Most Valuable Player.
