· Captured first place and broke a meet record with a jump of 6-3.25 (1.91m) at the NCAA Midwest Regionals.
·Earned her third outdoor Big 12 Title with a meet-record and outdoor personal best jump of 6-4.75 (1.95m)...height leads the nation and is tied for fourth on the world list as of May 21, 2009 ... became just the second female in Big 12 history to win three indoor and three outdoor Big 12 crowns, joining Texas Ex Erin Aldrich who accomplished the feat from 1998-2001.
· Opened up the outdoor season with a nation-leading 6-3.5 (1.92m) clearance for her fifth overall Texas Relays crown (two high school, three college)
Indoor (Junior):
· Won every high jump event she competed in and led the nation throughout the indoor season... set meet records in five of six meets.
· Was named the 2009 USTFCCCA Division I Women[apos]s Indoor Field Athlete of the Year.
· Cleared a lifetime-best 6-6 to win her third NCAA title at the 2009 Indoor Meet...shattered a nine-year indoor collegiate record and an 11-year UT record in the event and tied the overall NCAA record (including outdoor) with her winning jump...first NCAA title at the indoor meet.
· Claimed her third Big 12 Indoor Title with a meet record jump of 6-4 ... became the second person in Big 12 history to win three Big 12 Indoor high jump titles, joining Texas Ex Erin Aldrich (1998-2000).
· In her first meet since the 2007 season, cleared nation-leading height of 6-3.25 (1.92m) at the Leonard Hilton Memorial (1/16)...tabbed as the Big 12 Co-Athlete of the week for her performance.
2007-08
· Took the 2008 season off to train with the USA Volleyball team.
· Cleared 6-2.25 at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene, Ore.
2006-07
Outdoor (Sophomore):
· American and NCAA leader in the high jump during the 2007 outdoor season... responsible for five of the top 13 all-time high jump performances in Texas school history ... increased her All-American total to four in as many attempts.
· Swept the high jump championships at the NCAA Outdoor, NCAA Midwest Region and Big 12 Conference meets.
· Cleared six consecutive high jump bars on the first attempt at the 2007 national meet to successfully defend her 2006 outdoor championship with a clearance of 6-3.5 (1.92m)... first Longhorn to win consecutive high jump titles at the NCAA outdoor meet... one of only two Longhorns (Erin Aldrich) in school history to win two NCAA outdoor national champions.
· Shattered the NCAA Midwest Region meet and Drake Stadium records in taking the 2007 regional high jump crown... cleared an NCAA-leading height of 6-4 (1.93m) to win her second-consecutive region championship... mark equaled her lifetime best height and moved her to within ¾ of an inch of the tying the UT outdoor school record (Erin Aldrich - 6-4.75)
· Reset the Big 12 record she topped at the 2006 league championship, winning the 2007 title in an NCAA-leading 6-4 (1.93m) height... bettered a seven-year old Ed Weir (Nebraska) Stadium record of 6-2.75 (1.90m) to capture second consecutive conference high jump crown
· Also won the high jump at the UNLV Invitational, Texas Twilight and the Texas Relays
· Only two non-winning performances came at the Drake Relays (third place) and the Bayou Invitational (second place)
Indoor (Sophomore):
· Earned her third overall track and field All-American honor with a third-place finish at the NCAA Indoor National Championships... jumped 6-1.25 (1.86m) at the NCAA meet just an inch shy of the eventual national champion
· Repeated Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Champion boasting a height of 6-1.25 (1.86m) and helped UT to a second-place team finish
· Reached a lifetime best and came within an inch of breaking the UT school record (Erin Aldrich - 6-5.5) at the Tyson Invitational, registering an event-winning mark of 6-5 (1.96m).
· Is second all-time in UT[apos]s record books and has two of eight of the highest clearances in school history
· Led the NCAA in the high jump for the month leading up to the NCAA championships.
2005-06
Outdoor (Freshman):
· Cleared 6-2.25 to win her first NCAA high jump title at the NCAA Championships
· Won the NCAA Midwest Regional high jump title with a then-personal best of 6-2.75.
· Claimed the Big 12 high jump title with a then-personal best clearance of 6-2.25
· Posted a clearance of 6-2 to win the high jump at the Penn Relays, becoming UT[apos]s first high jump winner at the meet since Erin Aldrich in 1999
· Collected her third career victory at the Texas Relays and first as a collegiate by clearing 6-1.50...also captured the Texas Twilight (6-1.50) and the Hurricane Invitational (5-11.25)
·Topped 6-1.25 for third place at the USA Outdoor Championships.
Indoor (Freshman):
· Placed third in the high jump (6-1.25) at the NCAA Championships
· Won the Big 12 title with a personal-best clearance of 6-3.50 to set a new meet record (Erin Aldrich - 1998)... went unbeaten in regular season meets, winning at the Hilton Memorial (6-0.75), Houston Indoor Opener (5-8) and the Tyson Invitational (6-3.25).

A 2005 Track and Field News All-American in the high jump ... a four-time Academic All-American... excelled in track and field, volleyball and basketball, at San Antonio[apos]s Southwest High School, where she was named the team MVP for each squad... two-time Texas state champion (2004 and 2005) in the high jump with a then-personal best of 6-0.50... San Antonio Express-News Sportswoman of the Year in 2005 alongside her sister Marshevet Hooker... captured the high jump in the high school girls[apos] division at the 2004 and 2005 Texas Relays.
