Outdoor (Freshman):
· Earned two top 10 finishes in the 100-meter hurdles...placed seventh at the Rice Twilight (16.11) and eighth at the Texas A&M-Kingsville Meet (18.82).
· Clocked a season-best 13.47 in the 100m at the Texas Invitational for 23rd.
· Posted 19th-place efforts in the 100m at the Rice Twilight (13.56) and Texas A&M-Kingsville meets (13.93).
Indoor (Freshman):
· Posted personal bests in the 60-meter hurdles (10.11) and 60-meter dash (8.39) at the Leonard Hilton Memorial.
PRIOR TO TEXAS
· Academic All-district selection at Schertz High School... four-year letterwinner under coach Nancy Jobe.
· Ran a personal-best 46.9 to win the 300-meter hurdles at the 2007 26-4A District Championship... finished in fifth place as a junior.
· Member of the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays at SHS... helped the 4x100-meter relay to fifth-place at the 2007 region championship and sixth-place at the 2006 region meet.
· Spent three years running club track from 2004-06 with the SA Blazers under Willie Davis... competed in the 400-hurdles and on the 4x100, 4x400 and 4x800 relays.
· Also participated in varsity cheerleading for four years under coach Jessica Slaven... named Most Outstanding Junior and Most Outstanding Senior during final two seasons... served as team captain during senior year and garnered UCA All-Star and Best Dancer in the cheer category... captured the state championship as a senior and region title as a junior.
