AS A JUNIOR (2020 COVID-19 SHORTENED SEASON)
Saw action in six games with three starts, going 2-0 with a 4.94 ERA and a .174 batting average against over 11.1 innings of work ... Earned victories against Lamar (Feb. 7) and Utah (Feb. 14) to improve her career record to a perfect 7-0 ... In the 12-0 (5 inn.) triumph over Lamar, Adams allowed one hit, walked two and struck out four in four innings ... She also pitched in contests against Texas AM-Corpus Christi (Feb. 9), Lipscomb (Feb. 21-22) and Texas Southern (March 7) ... Got Texas out of a sixth-inning jam and picked up the win over Utah in relief at the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico) by tossing 1.1 hitless frames as the Longhorns rallied from a 2-0, seventh-inning deficit to a 3-2 walk-off win.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019)
Posted a spotless 5-0 record with a 2.42 ERA and two complete games (one shutout) in 34.2 innings of work over 12 total appearances (four starts) ... Picked up victories from the circle over Northwestern State (Feb. 9), Houston Baptist (Feb. 27), Princeton (March 2), Texas Southern (March 8) and UT Arlington (April 6) ... In the win over Princeton at the Sun Devil Classic, Adams tossed her first career complete game, allowing one earned run on three hits with a walk and three strikeouts over 5.0 innings in a 15-2 (5 inn.) rout ... During the 8-0 (5 inn.) triumph over Texas Southern at the Longhorn Invitational, she picked up her first career shutout, scattering four hits with a walk and two K’s in 5.0 innings ... Was summoned out of the bullpen to record her first career save with 3.0 frames of two-run relief during a 5-3 victory over No. 22 Minnesota (March 9).
AS A FRESHMAN (2018)
Registered a 4.94 ERA over 5.2 innings of combined work in six total appearances ... Listed as the starter on the line-up but was subbed out (strictly a DP/Flex pre-game decision by coaches) for Paige von Sprecken when Texas went on defense during the 2-1 win over No. 25/20 Minnesota (May 18) at the NCAA Seattle Regional ... Was strong over a career-high 3.0 frames of scoreless relief in UT’s loss to Eastern Illinois (March 16) at the Charleston Invitational, allowing three hits, walking one and striking out two ... Saw time in the circle during the seventh inning of the series finale loss to No. 9/8 Arizona (March 4) ... Earned her first action for the Longhorns during the 8-0 (5 inn.) rout of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Feb. 28), tossing 1.0 inning of scoreless, one-hit relief with a walk and her initial career strikeout.

Helped lead her travel ball team, the Scrap Yard Dawgs, to first place finishes in the 2012 Ronald McDonald, Hall of Fame and Colorado Sparkler events as well as a second place finish at the USA/ASA JO Cup Nationals.
BEFORE TEXAS
A native of Magnolia, Texas, Adams ventures to the Forty Acres with numerous accolades from the diamond in tow ... During her interscholastic pitching career for head coach Sheryl Tamborello at Magnolia West H.S., she struck out 635 batters and owns school records for career K’s, single-season strikeouts (203), wins (19) and ERA (0.79) ... During her senior campaign, Adams was honored by the Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA) as an honorable mention choice on its 5A All-State squad after posting 19 victories, a 1.52 ERA and 203 strikeouts in 202.1 innings ... As a junior in 2016, Adams was selected as first-team Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) Class 5A All-State, second-team TSWA Class 5A All-State and second-team National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-South Central Region after setting a school record with 19 wins to go along with a 0.79 ERA and 153 K’s despite missing two months because of an injury ... She is a four-time All-District 19-5A and all-county choice, winning All-District 20-5A Pitcher of the Year accolades in 2016 and 2017.
