PRIOR TO TEXAS (SAN DIEGO/CHABOT)
In one season at Chabot in 2023, selected as a first team All-State player…tied for third in the state in home runs (17) and led Chabot in batting average (.387), stolen bases (24), slugging percentage (.820) and on-base percentage (.560)…played in nine games as a freshman at San Diego in 2022…scored a run and drove in a run in four total at-bats.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended San Ramon Valley High School and helped his team to the best record in school history (22-1-0)…was named Offensive MVP for both baseball and football in his junior year…earned Team MVP honors for baseball in his senior year…selected to the second All-Bay Area Team for baseball in his senior year…also played football, leading his team to the CIF North Coast Section Championship.

Son of Bill and Adrienne Cummings…has one sister, Kylie…father was a pitcher at Dartmouth.
