AS A JUNIOR (2023)
One of the team leaders in innings pitched and wins as a junior in 2023…posted a 5-0 record and three saves for the third-most wins on the team…finished with a 4.42 ERA and 45 strikeouts in 55.0 innings pitched…made 22 total appearances with five starts…picked up the win in the NCAA Regional Final win over Miami (6/4) with 4.1 innings of relief…pitched a perfect inning of relief to pick up the save in the regular season finale against West Virginia (5/20)…started and pitched five efficient innings, throwing just 57 pitches, to pick up the win over UT Arlington (5/9)…started and pitched five innings in the win over Kansas State (4/9)…got the save with three innings pitched against Sam Houston (3/7)…pitched four innings and allowed just one run on four hits to pick up a save over Cal State Fullerton (3/4)…tossed three scoreless innings with six strikeouts against Indiana (2/26).
PRIOR TO TEXAS (USC)
Pitched for two seasons at USC in 2021 and 2022, with 33 career appearances and a 6-5 record with a 4.21 ERA and 64 strikeouts in 94 innings pitched…during sophomore season in 2022, made 16 appearances with 13 starts…recorded a 6-2 record with a 4.19 ERA and 45 strikeouts in 73 innings pitched…had a career-long outing with 8.0 innings pitched and no earned runs allowed against San Jose State (4/3)…as a true freshman, pitched in 17 games and logged 21.0 innings for the Trojans during the 2021 season…finished with a 4.29 ERA with 19 strikeouts.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played two varsity seasons at Jesuit HS in Carmichael, Calif…despite losing his junior year to injury and senior year to the COVID-19 pandemic, earned All-Region second team early in his career and was named a preseason All-American heading into 2020…was also Jesuit's starting goalkeeper in water polo and played prep basketball.

Son of John and Lynne Hurley…has one sister, Gigi…father, John, played football at the University of Richmond and mother, Lynne, played basketball and the University of San Francisco.
