Pitched in 11 games for the Longhorns out of the bullpen as a redshirt sophomore in 2023…posted a 1-1 record with a 5.17 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 15.2 innings pitched…recorded an out and did not allow a baserunner in the NCAA Super Regional against Stanford…pitched a career long 5.0 innings against Oklahoma (4/22) allowing just one run on four hits and striking out five batters…pitched a scoreless inning with two strikeouts against Texas State (4/11)…picked up first career win with two scoreless innings against Kansas State (4/7)…made first career outing against Vanderbilt with two scoreless innings (2/19).

Lettered in each of his seasons at Godley High School under head coach Pat Maxwell…pitched and played first base for Godley…named the District 7-4A Pitcher of the Year as a senior…posted a 27-4 record in his career on the mound…as a junior and senior he was named first team TWSA All-State at first base, first team All-District at both pitcher and first, and first team All-County on the mound…also earned All-State, All-District, and All-County honors as a sophomore…earned All-District and All-County honors at first base as a freshman.

Son of Mark and Lori Lummus…has one sister, Lindsay, who is a student at Texas…father, Mark, is a special assignment scout with the Seattle Mariners and pitched at UT…his aunt, Kimberly Lummus-Crabtree was an All-Conference guard on the women's basketball team from 1995-99.
