AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
Named to the Big 12 All-Freshman team and recognized as Honorable Mention All-Big 12…played in all 64 games and started 60 at first base as a true freshman…finished the season batting in the leadoff spot for the final 21 games in which the Longhorns went 14-7…for the season, batted .321 with 14 doubles, a team-high four triples and four home runs…drove in 29 runs and scored 54 runs…posted 19 multiple-hit games and added seven multiple RBI games…over the final 33 games of the season, batted .397 with 11 doubles, four triples and three home runs, while also leading the team with 41 runs scored…had at least one hit in 29 of the final 33 games…went 2-for-3 with two runs scored against Louisiana (6/2) in the NCAA Regional…had a huge series against West Virginia to close out the regular season, with seven hits and seven runs scored…also had a big series against Kansas, with nine hits, five runs scored, one double and a triple…went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored against Texas Tech (3/26).

All-State outfielder and four-year letterman for head coach Tracy Wood at Waxahachie High School…top ranked first baseman and the No. 24 overall player in the state of Texas…as a junior in 2021, batted .484 with 14 doubles, three triples and four homers…finished the year with 38 RBI, 35 runs and 22 stolen bases…on the mound, went 6-2 with a 0.86 ERA and 86 strikeouts in 69.1 innings…named to 2021 First Team All-State outfield…2021 11-6A All District Selection and District Offensive Player of the Year.
