· Placed ninth in the 200-yard breaststroke (1:56.47) at the NCAA Championships
· Helped set a new school record in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:16.94) when he swam the relay[apos]s second leg during the preliminary session at the NCAA Championships; later helped that relay to a fifth-place finish in 1:17.45
· Swam the breaststroke leg of UT[apos]s first-place 400-yard medley relay (3:10.92) at the Big 12 Championships
· Swam the second leg of UT[apos]s first-place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:18.44) at the Big 12 Championships
· Placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke (54.12) and 200-yard-breaststroke (1:58.85) and third in the 50-yard freestyle (20.09) at the Big 12 Championships
· Claimed the 100 breaststroke at Georgia (55.33)
· Captured the 200 breaststroke at Auburn (2:01.24)
· Placed second in the 200 breaststroke in the tri-meet against California and Indiana (2:04.39), at Georgia (2:03.55) and in the tri-meet against Arizona and SMU (2:00.78)
AS A SOPHOMORE (2005-06)
· Earned four All-America honors at the NCAA National Championships, finishing fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (1:55.06) and sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke (53.18) as an individual, and helped both the 200-yard freestyle relay team and 400-yard medley relay team take fifth with an anchor split time of 19.33 in the 200 and a breaststroke split time of 52.85 in the 400
· Won the 100-yard breaststroke at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 53.78
· Posted a second-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:06.01) during the dual meet with SMU
· Finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:01.41) during the dual meet with Arizona
· First place finish in the 200-yard individual medley (1:52.52) and third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:05.90) during the dual meet with Georgia
· Finished fourth in both the 200-yard individual medley (1:51.88) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:00.96) during the dual meet with Auburn
· Finished fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a consolation time of 54.76 during the Texas Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN (2004-05)
· Earned All-America honors as a member of the eighth-place (1:26.53) 200-yard medley relay team
· Honorable Mention All-America in the 100-yard breaststroke with an 11th-place finish in the finals with a time of 54.00
· Made his first appearance at the Big 12 Conference Championships, clocked in at 53.16 to capture the 100-yard breaststroke title
· Entering the NCAA Championships, his time (53.16) ranked third-best in the nation in the 100-yard breaststroke
· Also captured Big 12 titles in the 200- and 400-yard medley relays, swimming the breaststroke leg in each
· Clocked 1:56.91 in the preliminary morning swim of the 200-yard breaststroke at the Big 12 Championships
· Finished runner-up to teammate Rainer Kendrick with a time of 1:47.76 in the 200-yard individual medley and finished eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke at the league meet.
· Posted 10 top-five finishes on the year
· Earned first collegiate victory in the 200-yard breaststroke at Georgia
· Placed third in the 100 breaststroke at Indiana, versus Southern California, at Georgia and versus Arizona/SMU

· Won silver for Team USA in the 400-meter medley relay at the 2007 World University Games

· Two-time 2005 U.S. National Champion, 100- and 200-meter breaststroke
· At the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Long Beach, Calif., placed 11th in the 100-meter breaststroke (1:03.81) and 14th in the 200-meter breaststroke (2:18.36)
· Placed second in the 50- and 100-yard breast as member of 2004 USA National Junior Team
· 13-time YMCA All-American and 2003 YMCA National Champion in 100 yard breast (54.84)
