Competed in four meets with a specialization in the 1,500m and 3,000m steeplechase events … secured All-Big 12 honors after placing eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:06.26) at the conference meet … first-team Academic All-Big 12 choice ... ran a 3,000m steeplechase personal-best time of 9:03.06 to place eighth at the Texas Relays … recorded a 1,500m PR of 3:47.80 at the Longhorn Invitational … opened the season with a third-place finish in the 1,500 (3:50.86) at the Texas State Elite meet.
Indoor:
Competed at the Big 12 Championships in two events ... ran the 1,000m in 2:28.41 (11th in prelims) and the 3,000m in 8:23.43 (20th) ... picked up a third-place finish and personal-best in the 800m (1:53.04) at the Tyson Invitational ... recorded a mile career best of 4:12.70 at the Razorback Team Invitational ... was third in the 3,000m at the Arkansas Dual meet with a PR of 8:22.76.
