Arrived on the Forty Acres as the top-ranked junior and No. 7-ranked senior in the 400m following his personal-best time of 46.62 in April, 2013 ... bronze medalist in the 4x400m relay at the 2013 World Student Games ... reached the semifinals of the 400m (46.87) at the 2012 IAAF World Junior Championships in Barcelona ... also raced as part of South Africa’s 4x100m relay ... semifinalist in the 400m at the 2011 IAAF World Youth Championships in Lille, France ... was South Africa’s top-ranked youth in the event that year ... won a gold medal in the 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Youth Games, where his team set a South Africa youth record in the event (41.00) ... also placed fourth in the 400m ... also posted personal bests of 10.68 (100m) and 21.29 (200m).
