Played in 25 contests for the Longhorns in 2018 with one start, managing four hits, three runs scored, a double and five RBIs ... Pinch hit in NCAA Seattle Regional contests against No. 3 Washington (May 19) and No. 25/20 Minnesota (May 19) ... Scored as a pinch runner during the 9-2 win over Texas Tech (May 12) at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship (May 11-12) ... Singled and later scored during the 8-0 (6 inn.) win over UIW (May 2) ... TRAVEL BALL
In club action with the California Thunder, during the summer of 2015, Schick hit .353 with eight doubles, two triples, 10 HR’s (including two grand slams) and 25 RBIs, while posting a 2.34 ERA and 99 strikeouts over 79 innings of work ... She also helped the Thunder to a pair of Premier Girls Fastpitch (PGF) National qualifications with an eighth-place finish at the 2012 event.
BEFORE TEXAS
Primarily serving in a utility role at Los Osos H.S., the Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., product managed a .444 batting average as a senior with 24 hits, nine doubles, three triples, two HR’s and 15 RBIs, while posting a 2.47 ERA in 24 appearances ... While helping her H.S. squad to three California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section Division I Championships appearances (quarterfinal and No. 35 national ranking in 2015), the 2015 All-CIF Second Team and three-time first-team All-Baseline League selection registered a .344 career batting mark with 45 hits, 40 runs scored, a .446 on-base percentage and 32 RBIs ... From the circle, Schick posted a 1.05 ERA with 169 strikeouts over 100 innings pitched with 31 total appearances.
