A four-year letterwinner in softball for Laneigh Clark at Pearland H.S., Roberts batted .452 as a senior in 2018 with a 1.091 OPS, 46 hits, six triples, 17 RBIs, 34 runs and 18 steals on the way to earning NFCA Second Team High School All-Region (Shortstop), Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) Softball Legacy All-Star, Texas Sports Writers Association (TXSWA) Honorable Mention All-State and University Interscholastic League (UIL) All-District First Team honors ... A standout student off the diamond, Roberts earned a 2018 TGCA Academic All-State Team 6A nod and graduated Summa Cum Laude with membership in the National Honor Society and the NASA High School Aerospace Scholars Program.
