AS A SENIOR (2018)
AS A JUNIOR (2017)
Was a perfect 3-0 from the circle with a 2.97 ERA over 17 appearances (two starts/one complete game) and 24 strikeouts over 33 innings of work ... Finished out the season riding a career-best scoreless streak of 11 innings that started on April 5 and included appearances against Texas State, No. 11 Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Texas Southern, Iowa State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and No. 16 Baylor ... Got the win out of the bullpen at Texas Tech (April 15), allowing four hits and striking out two during 3.2 innings of work in the 11-3 triumph over the Red Raiders ... Scattered six hits, struck out three and permitted just one run over 106 pitches of a complete-game effort as the Horns fought off Indiana (Feb. 16) in the Texas Invitational, 2-1 ... Got her first win of the season by allowing three hits and two earned runs over 4.0 frames as the starter during UT’s 10-2 (6 inn.) romp over Maryland (Feb. 11) at the Texas Classic.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016)
Finished her sophomore campaign with a 4-2 record in 18 appearances, a 3.38 ERA and 30 strikeouts over 47.2 innings of work ... Earned wins in relief appearances during the final two games (3.2 combined IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 1 K) of the series sweep of Oklahoma State (April 23-24) ... Tossed 3.1 total innings of relief over two games of the series at #12/9 Oklahoma (April 15-16), allowing one earned run on four total hits with three walks and a K ... Picked up a save with 1.1 frames of hitless relief as Texas topped Texas Tech on April 10, 8-4 ... Struck out a career-high nine batters during the 3-2 triumph at UTSA, while allowing just two earned runs on six hits ... Pitched well in suffering a tough loss in the series opener against BYU (April 1), allowing three earned runs on six hits with six walks and three K’s over a complete game ... Saw action in match-ups during the Rainbow Wahine Classic against Iowa (started on March 17 - 2.1 IP, 1 H, 2 R, 2 K) and Hawai’i (March 19 - 1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 ER) ... On a pitch count because of injury rehab, Clark was solid in a start vs. UTSA, permitting just one hit, walking two and K’ing three over 1.2 innings on March 8 ... Allowed one run on two hits with a walk and three strikeouts during a single inning of relief work in the 9-5 loss at Texas State (March 2) ... Was 1-0 and posted a team-best 0.62 ERA during 11.1 innings of work at the Texas Classic ... After tossing 3.1 scoreless, one-hit inning or relief in a 6-5 (8 inn.) win over North Carolina (February 12), Clark fired a career-high 8.0 innings as the starter in the 6-5 (8 inn.) victory over Arkansas (February 13), allowing one earned run on two hits with four walks and a K.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015)
Was 3-1 with a 5.25 ERA over nine appearances (one start) with eight K’s in 17.1 frames ... Fired an inning of scoreless relief in the 6-5 win over Texas State on April 4 ... Picked up her third career victory by battling over 4.0 innings of relief as Texas rallied past Houston, 13-12 (April 1) ... Tossed 0.2 of an frame during Texas’ 7-5 win at No. 22 Kansas (March 29), working into trouble (one hit, two walks) before striking out the final batter with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh to be credited with her initial career save ... Picked up her second career victory by allowing four hits and one earned run, walking two and striking out three over 5.0 innings of relief in the 11-5 win at No. 22 Kansas (March 28) ... Made her first career start against Colorado State (February 15), allowing four earned runs on two hits with four walks and a K over 2.2 frames ... Tossed 2.0 innings versus #2 Oregon at the Kajikawa Classic in Tempe, Ariz., permitting four hits and two unearned runs over 2.0 innings of work ... Tossed an inning of one-hit relief during the 5-4 walk-off victory over Northwestern (February 7).
TRAVEL BALL
Played travel ball as a pitcher/first baseman with the Texas Firecrackers Gold in Houston under coach Connie May ... In 2012 played at ASA 18U Gold Nationals, in 2013 played at PGF Premier Nationals and in 2014 helped her squad to a ninth-place finish at Triple Crown Nationals and a 13th-place result at PGF Nationals.
BEFORE TEXAS
A two-time third-team Texas Sports Writers Association (TXSWA) selection at pitcher (2013 & 2014) as well as both a 2014 Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston softball team choice and a 2013 Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) All-State inclusion, Clark completed her career at Foster High School with a 61-11 overall pitching record and, as a batter, hit 23 HR’s while registering 86 RBIs ... As a senior on her way to 2014 District 23-4A Most Valuable Player honors, Clark was 23-6 from the circle with a 1.00 ERA and 270 strikeouts over 158 innings of work (just 23 walks) with three perfect games, seven no-hitters and 13 shutouts, while hitting .544 with 11 HR’s and 39 RBIs ... In addition to 2012 & 2013 District 23-4A Pitcher of the Year honors, she was tabbed as the 2014 Fort Bend Herald All-Area MVP, a first team 2014 Student Sports Softball All-American and a second team 2014 NFCA High School All-South Central Region selection ... As a junior, Clark, who played alongside current Texas teammate Mickenzi Krpec at Foster in 2012 & 2013, went 20-3 from the circle with a 0.81 ERA and 172 K’s over 138 innings, batted .461 with eight HR’s and 33 RBIs and tossed two no-hitters and nine shutouts in helping lead the Falcons to a semifinal berth in the program’s first Texas 4A state tournament appearance in school history.
