AS A JUNIOR (2019)
Earned playing time in 47 games (six starts), batting .333 (9-for-27) with 19 runs scored ... Came off the bench to play in the outfield during five of Texas’ NCAA Tournament games (Texas A&M, two vs. Houston, two at No. 5 Alabama) ... A three-sport athlete, DerMargosian earned letters in softball, basketball and volleyball at Northwest High School in Fort Worth, Texas ... On the diamond, the 5-6 outfielder and 2014 team captain was honored as both a 2015 Dallas-Fort Worth All-Metroplex First Team and All-District 5-6A First Team selection, a 2016 Collin Street Bakery/Texas Sports Writers Association (TXSWA) All-State 6A choice and honorable mention selection in 2014 and was named the 2013 District 4-5A Newcomer of the Year ... During her senior campaign in 2016, she broke the Northwest H.S. singles record with 24 while batting .467 overall with 41 stolen bases and a 1.063 OPS ... As a sophomore, DerMargosian batted .524 with 55 total hits and 34 runs scored. Off the field, she earned multiple all-academic selections in 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015.
