Why Texas?
“I chose Texas because I wanted to be on a winning team with an amazing team culture and an amazing work ethic. The team environment created by the rowers and coaches is like no other in the country.”
What led you to pursue rowing and what do you love most about it?
“I started rowing because I wanted to try something new and I immediately fell in love with the sport. I switched to coxing after an injury because I wanted to continue to be competitive in the sport. I love how rowing is a team sport that still allows everyone involved to be competitive and push each other to work harder.”
