• Texas leads the all-time series Texas A&M Corpus Christi 17-2, including a 15-2 advantage at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
• In 2014, the teams met on 2/18 in Austin, with the UT prevailing 10-0 over the Islanders.
A LOOK AT THE LONGHORNS
• Texas had won 9 of its last 11 games before being swept by Nebraska this past weekend. The Cornhuskers held UT to three runs in the three-game series.
• The home contest against the Islanders is a break from a difficult road test for Texas, as it is the only home game in an eight game stretch that includes a trip to Stillwater to take on Oklahoma State this coming weekend.
