Tabbed at #96 in Top Drawer Soccer’s Top 100 Freshman of 2014 (Oct. 15) … Chosen as the Big 12 Conference’s Newcomer of the Week on Sept. 9 … Despite starting only three of 22 total matches, Brook led the Texas squad with seven goals and 16 total points with 34 shots (18 on frame) to go along with two assists in 1045 minutes … Became the first freshman in Longhorn soccer history to start her career by scoring five goals over her first five matches … Picked up her first goal since Sept. 26 by finishing off a Whitney Jaynes feed at 47:42 during the 3-0 NCAA win over Rice (Nov. 14) … Fired a career-high five shots, three on goal, in the 1-1 (2OT) tie vs. #16 Texas Tech in the Big 12 quarterfinals (Nov. 5) ... CLUB
Played club soccer for the Texas Rush Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and coach Stuart Fitzsimmons … Was also a nine-year member of the Houston Express Soccer Club under coach Mark Gibbs … Posted a staggering 91 career goals and 54 assists during her club career …Scored three goals and dished five assists in helping her team become the National Cup State Champions of Texas in 2014 … With the Houston Express, Brook finished as a USYSA 2012 National finalist and claimed the 2010 and 2012 Texas State Cup championships … She was also involved with the Olympic Development Program (ODP) as a regional camp selection in her junior year.
